Terrible TV

Do not buy this TV. I have a vertical line on my TV that presented itself 1 year after warranty expiration and LG will do nothing. It only occured after an automated pixel cleaning operation that I did not even request to run. LG reps were unhelpful. $3000 down the drain. These guys are scam artists.

After a week with this TV Im thoroughly impressed. The 77-inch screen delivers stunningly clear and vivid visuals. Opting for the B2 over the C2 initially made me apprehensive about potential disappointments or issues with brightness in my living room. Surprisingly the display holds up exceptionally well even in daylight. The only hiccup encountered was a screen flicker one night a common occurrence easily resolved with a hard reset as per my Google search. Ongoing tests aside the TV is certainly meeting and even exceeding my expectations.

I am disappointed in the level of sharpness on distance shots on live programming. It has numerous SMART features but there is definitely a larger learning curve with the smart TV. We still have not mastered the remote. We became frustrated and reverted back to the ROKU remote. I was really hoping we could balance the sound to where music and commercials dont blast us out of the room but if there is a way we havent figured it out

First TV upgrade in over 10 years jumped from a 50 plasma to a 77 OLED. Couldnt be happier. Overall the entire system is great and the picture quality is stunning for TV movies and games. My one minor quibble would be the rather strange menu choices and based on what Ive read online LG sometimes updates the software and they change? Which sounds...insane? And unnecessary? It definitely took a little while for me to dial in my picture settings because the documentation that came with the TV was out of date and the instructions online often were too. Maybe like....leave the meanus alone LG. Otherwise awesome

Trouble getting timely service for Lemon

We purchased an LG 77 OLED B2 TV. It worked for a week and started shutting down on its own and eventually after another week stopped turning on altogether. The TV was not damaged it just stopped working. Clearly a lemon. After 4 separate calls to LG customer service nearly 3 weeks have elapsed and we still have not heard from the repairman LG promised or have a y other indication from LG how they will make this right. The TV is great ... if it worked but so far the customer service has been abysmal.

I couldnt be any happier. Upgrading my 15 year old television was long overdue. The OLED 77 B2 delivers next level technology for the viewer in so many ways. Picture quality in both daylight and evening is vastly improved. Sound is better. Interactive usage such as apps and gaming are that much better. Size matters too as I upgraded from a 50 to 77. Such a difference. I would recommend going to to a store and actually looking through the various product lines. The sales reps in the store were helpful but not pushy. The delivery guys were pleasant on time efficient and extremely helpful with the set up. They also take your old tv away which is nice. Overall this was an outstanding sales experience. Get that new TV today. You wont regret it.

I would give this 5 starts except the picture and sound went out after 3 days of watching. Had to call LG for help snd they arranged for a technician to come out. We were without television for about two weeks because the service people had to order parts. I am hoping this was a one time incident and that it does not foretell of ongoing problems. If there are no more problems i will be very happy with this purchase.

My wife mentioned one day after seeing my brothers 75 TV back in October that she wished we had a bigger TV. At the time we had a 55 OLED C8 which I loved. So I decided to get her us one for Christmas. The 77 television is amazing. It must upscale the 1080i cable signal because even that looks great. I do like the older Magic Remote better but that may change as I use the new one more. I still wish there was FORWARD/REVERSE buttons on it which is why I am leaving the 4 star instead of the 5. The TV gets a 5 though

Every time I watch a movie I feel like Im in the set with the actors because the TV is so clear. My LG sound bar and my LG tv together makes a great team and makes me feel like Im in movie theater. Every time a guest is over my house its like I am a tour guide explaining to them how good my LG sound bar and OLED tv are. Thanks LG for bringing happiness to my house.

love the image and colors looks great on the wall top of fireplace and has great smart controls. I dont use TV sound have a soundbar so cant evaluate that.. but this TV is by far the best Ive owned.
