The main board failed within 9 months but within 10 days LG did have it repaired under the one year warrantee. Had it waited a couple of months I would have been out of luck. The software that makes a smart TV allows the TV to share your viewing data with LG to allow for an AI enhanced experience.... The pointer on the remote can be infuriating to use. The picture was decent for the price point. It did not do a good job with glare but it is only a mid range TV The Volume does not go as high as other TVs

AI sound is way better sounding than I expected. Ive owned 3 LG tvs and Im so glad I have. If youre looking for a new Tv you wont be disappointed with this model. Recommend it highly

Got this TV about a month ago and so far so good. Its very thin easy to use and love the remote. The only thing that Im not sure about is the picture quality Sales person said that it was a upgrade form the base model LG that I had but dont see much of a differance from the one I had.

This TV is great The picture quality is impressive with vivid colors and sharp details. The sound is fantastic too creating an immersive experience. The only downside is the motion smoothness but its easy to turn off. Overall its a fantastic TV for enjoying stunning visuals and excellent sound.

The picture and sound on this tv are top notch. The app selection is good not great and there is no way to add apps. The software i.e. the interface with the user is at best clumsy at worst very poor. The help available on the tv and online are terrible. Something as simple as controlling what the tv opens up to when you turn it on seems impossible.

This is our 2nd LG TV. The first lasted 13 years. we are not disappointed in anyway with this one. Picture quality is great. Sound is another story. We were told by the sales person to buy a sound bar to go with it. We tried without the sound bar but soon realized that it was needed. None-the-less we are happy so far. We have yet to use any of the Smart features. Not sure what the advantage is to those. We want a TV that will play television shows movies and stream content the same as our previous model. It doesnt need to listen to me talk or surf the web. I would have liked the speakers to be of better design to keep me from investing in a sound bar but such is life these days.

Our 12-year old TV died abruptly one evening and the next day we went to Best Buy to look for a new one. Our space is limited so we we were looking in the 50 - 50 inch range. There were a lot to choose from but picture on the LG was so bright and vivid and the cost was well within our price range so that made the choice simple. It was delivered the next week and we put it together ourselves which proved to be very simple. Hooking up to the cable box and our soundbar was a matter of minutes. Once it was turned on the setup was self-guided and also very easy. We ended up buying a pedestal -style stand because our TV cabinet was too narrow. But again this turned out to be a simple process which I did myself. We have been very pleased with the picture and sound quality. The photo included is not very good as it was taken in the daytime w/ a cell phone.

I bought this tv a month ago and found the remote a hassle to get use to and required more learning and less intuitive than others. The same thing applies to the layout and use of selecting channels and networks. As instruction in use forget about it youre basically on your own.

My previous TV went out and I wanted to ensure I got a new TV that featured a great refresh rate along with ability to leverage smart apps. This tv was the best value for the price range however I am disappointed that Directv Stream is not available within the App Store. Other than that the picture and refresh rate were amazing and I am happy with my purchase. Love that there are two 2.1 hdmi ports to support both my Xbox X and PS5 as well as app availability for all my other streaming services. Fortunately I can share screen from my phone/iPad to use the Directv Stream service
